Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing excellent customer service - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports -Insurance verification as needed - medication perscription refill requests as needed
Qualifications:
