We also, serve ice cream and bake cookies! This position entails one on one customer service, helping our customers order cakes for special occasions.
You must be patient, flexible, easy-going and have a great sense of working with the public and a small group of co-workers.
Prior customer service is desired.
Franchise experience also helpful! Managerial training is also an option if you have the right skills and experience.
We do decorate cookie cakes in store, so any decorating experience will be a benefit.
